We've experienced the disappointment of missed deadlines due to lack of data visibility, We felt the pain of not having insight into our capacity or production planning, heard the disapproval from our teams when we couldn't customize third party software, and suffered vendor lock-in and annual increases in software costs without the new features.

President
Ravi is a software engineer whose journey reflects his clear-cut, patient approach and unwavering commitment to teamwork. Known for valuing each team member's perspective, he excels at steering collaborative efforts to identify the most fitting solutions with an emphasis on best practices. His journey from the trenches of hands-on development to the strategic role of Director of IT saw him establish a robust IT department grounded in industry best practices and sound policies. Now, as President of Mindstack, Ravi continues to champion well planned execution, intentional change, and innovation, ensuring his team adapts to the multifaceted demands of today's technology landscape. In his free time Ravi delights in exploring new places with his wife; their adventures often involve him coaxing her into scenic hikes she uncovers exquisite, off-the-beaten-path eateries for them to enjoy.
